At CC Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely attach it to your package.
Ship the Footwear
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original shoe box is protected inside a shipping carton.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned shoes, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
